When will my order arrive?

It depends on the shipping company chosen and the responsible party for delivery. We provide a range of shipping agents in several major cities, and it usually takes between 1 to 3 days from the order confirmation.

Is there delivery outside the country?

Currently, the contracted shipping companies deliver within the country and to a specific set of cities listed on the delivery page, which shows all the cities served by the shipping company. You can request international delivery from the store team via WhatsApp to provide product weight information and pricing for international shipping agents not currently registered with the store.

What if there is a manufacturing defect in the product?

You should refer to the return policy to understand the terms of return and exchange. In the case of an agreed return due to a manufacturing defect, the shipping cost to the company and the return shipping charge will be borne by the customer, while the product cost will not be charged to the customer according to the return policy.

I want to order in bulk; is there a discount?
