Exchange and Return Policy:

- The right to exchange and return is guaranteed for all our customers and applies to all products displayed in our store.

- All products offered in our store are subject to the exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stated on this page.

- Returns or exchanges can be made if the product is in its original condition at the time of purchase and is packaged in its original packaging.

- Returns must be made within three (3) days, and exchanges within seven (7) days from the date of purchase.

- Please contact us via the "Contact Us" page or through our phone numbers to request a return or exchange.

- Please take a picture of the product and send it along with the city, address, and order number to exchange it for another product if the product is defective, has a specific flaw, or does not function as agreed.

- A full refund will be issued to the customer if the product received is completely different from the description on the product page of our website.

- We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of the products by the customer that were not mentioned on the product page of our website.

- A deduction of 30% or an amount not less than 25 dirhams will be applied if the customer does not want the product and it is not defective or has any mentioned issues.
